The Com light is on, The mat shows power light on. I'm using a power assist usb 3 and tried a plug in power assist usb 2. still get this message.

Is this the first time you have used this? Have you installed any new devices or software? Any windows updates? Check device manager see if it is seen there. Sometimes updates cause problems. You want to look under ports COM and LPT.

This is the first time. The only new software is the directx only new device is PT. Windows is up to date. The Com shows as connected on PC and PT. Just doesn't show "Ready for swing", Mat just shows only power light. Any ideas?

I would connect to motherboard, check device manager for new com port (it will change), change com port in interface and restart interface. If that doesn't work post screenshots of the interface and device mananger.

The device mgr show com 3. Wheather or not I use the USB 3 port or USB 2. PT shows the com light lit. Just not "ready to swing." As I mentioned the power light on the mat is the only thing on.

So are you plugged into the motherboard directly? Or still one of the powered hub's? Looking under Universal Serial Bus controllers,are any of the usb devices showing error's? If you don't see any errors anywhere I would contact ProTee as the sensor pad may be defective.
