Bare Minimum Height for Screen and Enclosure?

I'm now strongly back to considering ProTee, primarily for it's integration with TGC and it's accuracy - but I'm limited on my space. I've seen the enclosure minimums and I cannot hit them. I don't think the Width, or Length are going to be off by much, and I can make them work as I'm only going to allow Right-Handed play.

I still leaves me with questions on Enclosure and Screen Height. Here's why, I'm planning to install in a new addition/great room in my house which will have cathedral ceilings - rafter built. What this means is that at the outside wall where I plan on installing the screen/enclosure, that wall starts at 8' and slopes UP to 12' (1 foot of rise for every 3 feet of length to the room).

Can someone chime in on the enclosure height(s) required, and what they have - as a minimum? Can I get away with 8'6", or 9' as a maximum height (if I chose 9' - that means I would have to install my screen/enclosure 3' away from the outside wall. Will that be a problem?

I'm asking because I've signed up for unlimited golf at a local Sim/Bar. I hit there again last night - and noticed that with sand wedges/wedges the ball can fly pretty high up the screen/enclosure - so I wonder how others are trapping the ball when lofted clubs are used - and what the bare minimum height would be?

Hi - I'm sorry but I did that because I thought that the Enclosure and screen height requirements may be different for ProTee versus other simulators (because of cameras, etc). If that is not right, then fine, delete my post, otherwise, I'm asking ProTee owners of their minimum height requirements.

Hi I'm new to all this and this thread is the one that has my attention the most,as ive been doing my garage out thinking I would be fine with just over 7ft width for skytrack the height is not an issue it would only be for right hand golfers it doesn't bother me if I only hit irons.
I will be using the 7 by 7 net return and tv to start with.
I will also use in the open planned kitchen for GCT which I think will be fine with the net return.
Will the skytrack work ok in the garage with only 7ft width.
I would appreciate any info or help you can give before I buy the skytrack

I don't think that would work. Even if you put the the skytrak up against the wall, the laser dot is going to be about 12" from the unit. So you now have less than 6'. Not sure what clubs you'd be able to swing, but you can try first and see if it's worth it to you. Also, that very tight space may affect your swing as well.

Thanks for info I will only be using irons in the garage, will the skytrack still follow the ball with the offset.

Skytrak takes pictures of the ball within the first foot or so of flight. Offset has no impact on skytrak readings.

Thanks I was thinking you change the setting to offset when not much space.
I've been you tubeing a lot but not much on small spaces.
it will just be irons on garage against net return with TV.
I'm then going to buy the net return impact screen and use in kitchen and decking.
will this be feasible do you know anything about the net return impact screen.
Sorry for all the questions just cant wait to get started.
