registering skytrak

Guys,

I received my skytrak tonight but am having trouble registering the device. My computer seems to allow me to connect to the internet or the skytrak through wifi. Once my laptop picks up my skytrak on wifi it disconnects internet so I am unable to register the device. Can anyone help me connect to the device and internet at the same time? I am bummed I am unable to use it tonight.

You'll need to put SkyTrak on network mode. It'll prompt you to enter your wifi info. Once it's connected, it should go through the licensing with SkyTrak's server.

I have not tried my SkyTrak without using the USB cable. In fact I registered my unit while connected with the USB cable. The way I look at it, if I continue to use it with the USB cable, I don't have to worry about any Wi-Fi connection other than my laptop!
