  • Skytrak with IPAD and PC simultaneously??

Can I set up a skytrak to connect to an ipad for controlling the skytrak session and display on the PC connected to my projector?? If so, how do I do that? I do not want to connect to an AppleTV as I already have both HDMI cables used on my projector. and that would be another remote to fuss with.

Yes fella, simples if you have a Mac? In this case just connect the iPad to the MacBook with the normal lightening cable and then use QuickTime (it's free) to set up like you are going to do some video recording. You can select the iPad/iPhone as the source and then make this full screen. It's up to you then if you want to actually record it or just leave it in that state and duplicate your screen to you projector.

If it's a windows pc then I guess you'd need to install an airplay receiver client so it'd act like an Apple TV. The bonus here is that it'd be wireless.

Thanks bennyg211 . Any Airplay receiver you recommend. I saw X-mirage and Airserver. They both look ok but any recommendations would help.

It turns out that when I do that the processing of the shot takes forever on my old ipad. I will stick to the PC version for now.
