skytrak increase distance on jnpg

hello everyone. i have the Skytrak with JNPG. i have used both real balls (very accurate distance) and foam balls (around 10% distance loss). would anyone know of a configuration in JNPG that could compensate for the 10% distance loss or its just not possible. I had a p3proswing in the past and we could play with smash factor to increase distance.

I have the same issue - especially now.... I don't know of any settings within the jnpg to do that. Something seems to have changed in jnpg for me recently - I'm getting lockups sometimes or a lot of misreads. I'm an IT guy so I know my computer well enough..... stumped.

SkyTrak_Seth Since i've done the update on Skytrak to the new version, my distances in driver have lowered and many more misreads and lock ups in JNPG. I see I'm not the only one. Everything was dead on perfect before that update. Maybe someone has a resolution????? First time I've ever had any issues at all. I'm also very computer savvy and I know that is not the issue.

To the OP, I'll need to ask JNPG about a boost feature...I'm not sure myself.

To the other two guys, I think you are talking about something different. There was recently an update to JNPG, but the recent v2.6.1 SkyTrak software wouldn't affect anything. I will get in touch with JNPG on this issue as well.

OP, unfortunately no boost feature in JNPG.

Other guys, can you be more specific about what a lockup is and when it occurs?

I can add to this and be specific. Using Skytrak software with Skytrak no issues around lockup and freezing. May have happened a couple of times in last two months. And that was due to USB cable comign loose and it moving to wireless mode without me realising, all ok again once i got it back to USB mode. In JNPG it used to happen about twice a round and seemingly since last update to Skytrak (could be percieved and not real) 3 or 4 times. I play a shot and nothing happens just like a not detected or low confidence shot, however laser marker stays there and all 3 green lights stay on. In pgsimconnector app, last message is something along lines of right handedness sent. Thats it, it now does not respond, stays like that. Rearming from within JNPG or PGSimCon does nothing. Only solution is to close JNPG and therefore pgsimcon and relaunch. Once a round would be annoying, 4 or 5 times is bordering on unusable.
