    It was time for me to renew but I can't seem to get it to sync up. Hoping I could get help today instead of waiting on customer service tomorrow. I went through the activate new membership link and it had me download a skycaddie app but when running it it just fails because I don't think it is looking for a skytrak.

    Anyone got some tips on getting my membership renewed? Purchased about a week ago and it's showing purchased on my account page but I can't get the actual skytrak to show that it has renewed.

    I had the same issue had to call and SkyTrak's support team had it sorted in under 5 minutes.

      I can't tell from your post if the membership is just just not activated and tied to the unit serial number, or if it is and it just hasn't sync to the unit. As mentioned above, support can help you with this very quickly.

        User error. I selected the upgrade package instead of the actual package I needed. Customer service had it straightened out in no time.
