Help with new download error

Downloaded the new update. Now I am getting this error. Can someone help me? I have had no problems until the new download.

Should add to this post. The software connects with skytrak and when I select driving range is when I get the error. The red light from the device shines on my mat but it will not read shots. Once it goes to the range screen is when I get that message.

I've never seen anything like that before. Have you tried updating your graphics card driver?
