  • SkyTrak Renewal Issue

    I paid my $99 renewal fee to SkyTrak for the "Play and Improve Package" but one screen in my SkyTrak account shows Play and Improve expired on 4/10/2017 while another screen shows my renewal payment. SkyTrak also continues emailing me asking me to renew after I have already renewed. The SkyTrak software allows me to use the Play and Improve features but I am unable to play TGC. I am posting here as SkyTrak chat and text support are unavailable.

    Give them a call tomorrow. I had a similar issue that was resolved in under 5 minutes on the phone with tech support.
