Anyone else receive a unit with the power on?

I received my new skytrak the other day. When i opened the box all of the lights were on. The unit was packaged very well, double boxed and bubble wrapped, i see no way the button could have coincidentally been hit. The unit appears unused but was wondering if i got a customer return or something. It's prob nothing to be concerned with but odd as i've never had this happen with electronics before. I can't properly test the unit until i finish my enclosure and get my skytrak account straightened out. When i tried setting the account up and entered my email an error message came up saying username taken. I don't recall ever signing up for anything through skygolf, and if i hit forgot password i never get an email.

Sounds to me like someone else in the world has registered their Skytrack with the username that you want!

My email address was the default username. For some reason i couldn't change it to try something else. May have just been some glitch at the time but i tried for an hour to no avail. Will have to give it another go.

Just tried again. Worked flawlessly. User error of course.
