Can't get JNPG to connect

Just dropped the coin on JNPG and can't get it to connect within the game...Skytrak is connected to my network, middle light solid yellow.Open the game and selected simulation and skylark under controls...once I do that, I can't click anywhere else..like its frozen, but the cursor will move around. Chatted with tech support with no help..they said to call back tomorrow...but I want to play the game! Help me out please.

No idea what arming it means...but i finally figured it out. Windows firewall was blocking the connection manager, then i found out where to set connect to skylark automatically...now it seems to work good. Thanks.
