Getting top 2 lights red. Says I'm connected to Skytrak in setting on iPad please help

  • #2
Same exact issue here. Just started a couple days ago. Top two lights red, able to connect to Skytrak's broadcasted wifi network, but when I return to the screen that describes how to set up a Direct connection nothing happens.

Also on iPad. I have tried resetting both iPad and Skytrak, but this hasn't worked.

Guys, please delete your app and reinstall from the App Store. It's an issue with the upgrade of the app. Fresh install should do it.

SkyTrak_Seth Thanks, I saw this on another post. Will give it a shot tonight.

Actually, I'm getting ready to release v2.6.3 which just got approved. I fixes the upgrade issue, so you can just install that without deleting anything.

Ok sounds good, thank you for your continued support and responsiveness on the forum, this is a big reason why I will continue to recommend SkyTrak.

This didn't work for me on pc version. I was in direct mode through my iPad previously when my pc app updated....now no connecting network or direct through pc.

            I deleted and reinstalled.....still nothing.

When you first open your PC app and get onto the main dashboard, at the bottom does it say "looking for devices" with the green spinning wheel? Or does it just remain on "not connected"? If the latter, try this:

Go to 'C:\Users\Current User\App Data\Local Low' and delete the SkyTrak folder in there. Then just open up the app again.

I think it says "connecting" or "searching" but never connects. I could be wrong as it isn't infront of me. I could connect via USB....but not wirelessly.

That's weird. Try deleting that SkyTrak directory and let me know.
              Working...
