v2.6.3 Released for iOS

Hey all,

Just a quick follow-up from v2.6.2. I know that some of you experienced connection problems after the upgrade to v2.6.2. Just in case you didn't get around it by deleting the app and installing from scratch, we made a fix to the upgrade process that avoids the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

*Same as v2.6.2 but with app upgrade issue resolved.
- Reinstated Alignment Mode (now in Device Level screen on dashboard)
- Fixed Bag Mapping export bug (tracers missing from overhead results)
- Improved License Check for mid-session membership changes
- Fixed bugs related to Practice Green selection
- Improved Shot Plotting readability
- Fixed ‘Best Selected’ bug in Bag Mapping setup
- Fixed shot shape ‘tendency’ in Bag Mapping results for LH
- Fixed bugs related to Camera View selection
- Fixed Network Mode reconnection bug after disconnection within session
- Miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements

Ok upgraded to v2.6.3, but noticed a lot more misreads (i.e., no reads) on driver shots than before (before only had few misreads/no-reads on extremely low launch angle driver shots - and even then a lot of the low launch angle driver shots read ok)?

Also a lot more misreads/no-reads on high flop shots than vs. v2.6.1.

I think others have noticed the same when upgraded to v2.6.2 before v2.6.3 came out. Any thoughts why this is? Thanks.

We changed nothing with shot capture or image analysis. Are you saying the unit doesn't trigger at all, or top light goes red and then right back to green? I saw the thread about misreads but the overall consensus was that whatever it was was happening prior to the upgrade. I'm definitely curious about this, as we haven't noticed any issues with shot capture here (and we hit a ton of balls every day)

Doesn't trigger on 1 or 2 driver shots out of 10. Before upgrade triggers on pretty almost all driver shots. Will test again this weekend to see if problem persists and report back accordingly. Thanks.

Hi. I am having a problem with this update as I am not able to find it in the App Store (Italy). Is it an issue of mine or not? Then, previous app (2.6.2) doesn't allow me to change the camera view (dinamic is the only I get). Can you please give me suggestions for both problems?

Following my previous message my issue is that I can't find the 2.6.3 version in the App Store. Did any of you have the same problem?
Can someone help?
Is there another way to download the 2.6.3 version without the App Store?
