I am a heavy user of SkyTrak, and typically hit more than 200 balls per day off an indoor mat. From time to time, my wrists hurt from thin and fat shots. I decide It is time to invest in a golf hitting mat. Ideally this mat shall feel like real grass and reduce wrist and elbow impact. Any recommendations?

I have the ATM Ultimate Matzilla and am actively looking to purchase an insert to reduce the drag from the turf. I am recovering from a pulled back muscle (taking absolutely forever unfortunately) and the drag of the turf is really rough. I also didn't care for the club/turf interaction while uninjured either. I am down to the fiberbuilt or the divotaction mat. Someone mentioned to me in a PM about the fiberbuilt having issues with the skytrak but I cannot find that info anywhere in my searches as of yet. My local golftec uses a skytrak and fiberbuilt so I'd think it'd be good to go, but who knows?Originally posted by Ryan_luan@yahoo.com View PostDoes anyone have experience with Ultimate Matzilla Golf Mat? Feel your (back)pain brother. I've been out 6 weeks up to now and it is only starting to get better. The last time I injured my back I was out about 6 months so make sure you don't come back to soon.

Jeez, I'm 3 weeks and counting. Sucks because the weather has been so good here. Live on our course and one thing or another has kept me from playing a single round this summer. I'm afraid this will have me sidelined the whole season.
