Skytrak no stable connexion between ST and Ipad

Hello

My ST has 1 year and worked perfectly well until last days.
But now i have the following issue ( led named L1 L2 L3 from bottom to top)
- With home network :

• L1 green L2 solid yellow L3 red
• When trying to connect from Ipad L1 green L2 green L3 green - laser spot ok
• But only for 2 or 3 seconds and turn back to LI green L2 solid yellow L3 red
• And cycling without any possibility to use

- With direct connection,

• L1 green L2 red L3 red
• ST wifi detected, Ipad st wifi connexion OK
• Trying to connect -> cycling rapidly between connect-checking licences files-disconnect also without any possibility of use

I did a hard reset which seems to work (3 led yellow) but changes nothing to the problem.
What should I try ?

Hi

Nobody has an idea of what is going wrong ?
I'm in relation with skytrak support team but, at this time, connection still aborts at the "Checking licences files" step

And I can't use my ST :-(

Can you please let it cycle a few times, and then go to Profile > ABOUT > Send Logs > Send Current Log. Make sure to note in that email the problem.

For information : at their request, I just sent the SKyTrack to the UK support team. I'm waiting for them to test the unit.

Some news of my skytrak

The UK team sent the ST to the US for diagnostic and quote for repair since it seems to be an hardware problem.This was on July 5.
Since I'm waiting for an answer but still have no news after almoste 6 weeks.

To Seth : can you have a look please ?
