Skytrak? You pull our chains again here?

Anyone else out there have this issue? I was doing the skytrak survey we got through email on June 1st for $25 off and after I did it it says it expired already on 6/15. Thats kinda quick I thought and I was going to let it go but then I saw this at the bottom of the email.......It says "Coupon valid for 3 months from date of delivery" in the fine print. Not sure if that means after I completed the survey or after I got the email itself, but well within the time frame on that either way......

Anyone else get a solution to this from skytrak? They just relayed my dad (who called them) saying someone would call him back about it soon and no one has called him for a few days now sadly. Just tried with the online chat myself and they said the same trying to pass the buck. I know its only 25 bucks, but come on, can I get a new code or something here or are we just screwed out of it this time despite what the terms in the email says?

SkyTrak_Seth Now sadly the only issue is that my dad was able to use the survey code and the metal50 code a while ago before the survey one expired.

And since this issue with the survey code went into July here, I can no longer use the metal50 code with it. Any way I can still get that too to get the full deal I could have potentially gotten on the 30th of the survey code wasn't expired early?
