Over the past two weeks, my SkyTrak performance seems to be getting worse and worse. Really, I'm having two issues.
1. If the ball starts right of the target line, it read it fine. If the ball starts to the left of the target line, it'll display the shot as starting straight. If the ball starts more than a few degrees to the left, it won't read the shot at all. Nothing has changed with my setup. SkyTrak, mat, lighting, etc are all the same as they have been for a year. I've verified the starting line on slow motion video to see if it's consistent with what is showing and anything starting left of the target is not being read correctly now on my SkyTrak.
2. I'm having a lot of issues with the laser light being on, but it doesn't read the shot (lights stay green). I'll have to turn out of the practice range and redo it. When using JNPG, I start getting no-reads with the laser on, so I'll have to Disarm and Arm the unit. Usually I'll have to do it 5-10 times to make it through the round. It's quite frustrating as the unit looks like it's good to go, but then 2-3 shots later, you realize there's an issue.
Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm a huge fan of the product and have detailed my use of the SkyTrak extensively on GolfWRX in a thread now pushing 140,000 views and 800 posts. Love the product, but I get the sense that I'm starting to get a hardware failure.
