I have a new Skytrak and have no problems connecting to my home network or direct with my iPhone 6Plus. I practice outside and the home network isn't strong enough to keep a link but direct mode works fine. Problem is even the screen on a 6plus is small and hard to see in the sun. Both my sons have iPad pros but neither will stay connected long enough to get a single hit in. Both iPads will get three green lights but I can't even select a club before it drops the direct link....so this doesn't seem like a hardware problem. USB mode and PC work fine too. I have ensured that I don't have 5ghz interference and that I only have one app open. I have logged into skytrak with each iPad i try have data synced. Can't see this as an iPad problem since both are doing the same thing. I've hard rebooted the skytrak and same problem immediately comes back. Is this an apple app problem. Anyone else using an iPad pro without issues. Thanks.

I have an iPad Pro 9.7 and used to use it daily without issue (last fall/early winter). I haven't been hitting balls in the garage much lately but, unless an app update change things, would expect it to still be working flawlessly.

I had issues with network connection having similar symptoms in my garage (new ipad pro) despite a hardwired access point in the room above the garage. Download and upload speeds were good, but the connection was spotty. My AV guys hardwired another access point in the garage, and all was fixed immediately. That'd be my suggestion to try.
