    Computer Needed for JNPG

    Guys,
please forgive my lack of computer knowledge but I need some help knowing that my current surface tablet will run JNPG. I am currently using a surface tablet to run my skytrak software. The system works great with the Sky track software. The graphics and tracking the ball flight are excellent. I have done some homework and I think I am ready to purchase the JNPG but I don't want to have to shell out additional dollars because the surface tablet cannot handle it. What are the must for this to work properly? If I had to upgrade the system how much am I looking at to do that?
    Thanks for your help

I was in the same position. I had an HP Spectre laptop and wasn't sure if it would work for the game. My suggestion would be to simply buy JNPG from Steam. They have a 2 week or < 2 hour game play return policy. Play a few holes on your tablet (no simulator) and see if the quality of the graphics is good enough for you. If you end up wanting the sim pass you'll need to purchase the game through steam anyway.

I found on my HP that I was getting 10-15 fps with low quality settings and recently purchased a computer with a GTX 1060 6Gb (computer total was ~$900). Now, with relatively high graphics settings in game (trees, water, etc) I'm able to get 50-60 fps. Its entirely up to you on what you find acceptable for both fps and graphics quality in game and what you want to spend.

Yeah that pretty much answers it right there. For me I wanted to make sure my computer was good enough for the best graphics, which I feel gives the best user experience for sim play.

Guys thanks for the advice on downloading the game and testing my surface tablet. The tablet was an epic fail. I am going to have to shop around for a computer that can handle the graphics. Thanks again.

I do not know the graphic requirements for JNPG because I bought TGC, but as far as graphics card, portability, and affordability - i found this one tough to beat. I own it and like it: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
