Where is my bag mapping history in skygolf 360

My Skytrak app has crashed 2 out of 3 times when I go to export my bag mapping session. The first time I wasn’t too worried. Then it worked so all good. So tonight I thought I’d nap my whole bag. Driver through to 60 degree. Took me a good hour. Went to export the data, got almost to the end then froze. Only way I could get going again was to alt F4 to close the app.

So so I went to sky golf 360 expecting to see bag mapping sessions somewhere but can’t see it under skytrak. Is it there or have I wasted my time. It’s pretty disappointing because it was a pretty good session and I was surprised with some of the data I was getting and I wanted to review it.

SkyTrak_Seth do you know anything about the crashing issue when exporting?

What version Windows are you on? And I assume you have Adobe Acrobat installed? (most likely). I'm not aware of any crash issues with export, so we'll try to get to the bottom of this.

    1) All of your sessions are saved in your Profile > History (assuming you are logged in when you do the session). Just click on the game improvement tab at the top and you'll see them all there.

    2) SkyGolf 360 isn't setup yet to display any Challenges or Game Improvement activities on the front end (what you see). It's coming. But in the meantime, all of this data is still being saved on the back end in 360, so whenever they are ready to display it, it will all be there. That's why if you delete your app and sync the data back down, it's all there in the app history.
