WOW Users w/Skytrak

Does anyone use WOW internet service with Skytrak? I'm looking at switching to their plan with the ULTRA setup, which has wifi. I know I need to use 2.4Ghz for skytrak and wondering if their ULTRA box can do this and if so, how? Can i setup a unique wifi name on the 2.4 and have a different name for the 5Ghz, assuming it's even a dual band router?

I have WOW but use my own equipment (cable modem and router) so I don't pay their janky equipment fees. I do have my wireless network set up to both 2.4 and 5ghz, albeit different names.

Yeah, I'd at least get your own router, then you can control it... usually the ones that ISPs give out are pretty crappy and they might even charge you $5-$10 per month for it (big ripoff).

sorry, no help there... we just have farm TV and stream crap with a bunch of different apps (aka we don't watch a ton of stuff)
