I love the idea of the skills assessment but the scoring that is done needs some major tweaking to get it back in line with reality. The attached screenshot is from the official Skytrak skills promo video.
It gave the user an overall handicap of 7.7 for that session.
I compared the results to FAIRWAY proximity to the hole for the 2016 PGA Tour season.
There are 6 categories covered in the sample skills assessment. The user would have ranked:
They should be a plus 3 to plus 5 handicap, not a 7.7.
I am not complaining. I love my Skytrak so far and bought this thing mainly for the skills feature. But the calcs for the handicap should be drastically improved.
