    PC doesn’t recognize Skytrak USB

My Windows 10 PC won’t recognize my Skytrak. It doesn’t show up in devices or device manager. It doesn’t prompt any driver installation.

In the app, it just stays in connecting mode. Two red lights and a green.

    Ive tried:

    1. Re-installing app.
    2. Installing Driver through Driver file.
    3. Reinstalling Microsoft visual 2010.
    4. Different usb cable. (However, I don’t have the original cable and support seems to think I need the the one that came with it. I call bs since a USB cable is a USB cable and mine works fine to charge)
    5. Various restarting and resetting of Skytrak and pc.

    any help would be appreciated.

I've had similar issues... try the hard reset at bottom of SkyTrak. The only other way is a full reinstall of PC (fresh partition etc)

I’ve reset the Skytrak many times and did a full hard drive wipe and re-install 2 days ago.

And when I go to install the driver in the program file, Sky track launch monitor does not come up in the drop-down menu for the driver installation

I owe an apology to Skytrak rep. I tried a new USB cable and she fired right up. Egg on my face
