Try deleting the cache. Go to C:\USERS\[Current User]\App Data\Local Low\ and delete the SkyTrak folder in there. Then just open the app again. Let me know if that works.
Hmmm, no it should only be named 'SkyTrak". Are you positive you chose the correct user (the one you use to log into your PC)? If so, it sounds like something didn't install correctly. Maybe search through some of the other users and see if you can find that SkyTrak folder in their app data>local low
I guess the firmware update did something to the membership plan. My membership had expired and the basic plan was taken off my profile. Leaving the ST useless.
The CSR was very nice and knew pretty much what my issue was. He added the basic practice plan and boom! 300 yard drive down the middle!
Ah, very good to hear you got it sorted! But just so we can figure this out, if your unit had no plan, including no basic plan, then the software should be rendered completely unusable. That means you should not even be able to access the practice range. Is that what was happening?
I was able to get to the practice range after confirming my subscription was expired. After that, it let me on the range, but nothing would read on the ST.
