Skytrak laser dot behavior

If I walk in front of my Skytrak the laser dot will often disappear and then reappear a few seconds later. The cameras appear to trigger (laser dot disappears). Is this normal?? Otherwise Skytrak is working well. Very few misreads. More when armed for left handers right than right handers.

Yes, it's standard functionality.

Yes, not unusual at all. Happens if I'm playing with my ball, it triggers then figures out that the ball is still there.

Yep, totally normal. The unit just sees your shoes probably and triggers thinking it might be a shot. You'll see it re-arm itself almost immediately after because it's clear that it wasn't a golf ball.
