Low Spin with 56-60 degree wedges

I know there have been a few threads on this but I am still stumped. No matter what I try or what ball I use, my spin numbers with both 56 and 60 degree wedges are way low. I cannot seem to get them anywhere close to 9-10k and I know it is possible as I have seen video posts of people getting that spin with Skytrak.
I am using Vokey SM4 wedges. I have tried numerous golf balls but still no spin above 5000 ever happens. Has anyone had their units read spin wrong with these clubs? Perhaps the launch is too high so it cannot get an accurate reading? I am launching around 40-45 degrees according to the machine. Cleaned the clubs and numbers went up a little but still nothing over 6k
My setup:
Monster turf mat
Net return
Vokey SM4 wedges
Balls tried - Hex control, TF Gamer, DT Solo, Noodle

Try hitting one off a tee to eliminate your mat as a culprit.

Thanks Sting. Well tried a tee and still the same result. Very solid hits with 60 degree - <5500 spin no matter the ball.
At this point I am wondering if the unit may need looked at. Has anyone else had to send their unit in for issues like this?

All of those look like low spin golf balls. I'm not sure that you can get 9-10k spin with those. I get 9-10k with urethane covered balls (i.e. ProV1, Chrome Soft, etc.) but get much lower spin with wedges with non-urethane covered balls.

The launch sounds awfully high. I have a net return and hit a super hard high shot the other night and the ball hit the metal frame on the net. First time ever and the launch read 45 degrees in TGC. It sounds like a combination of impact conditions and maybe the ball as mentioned above. I get 10,000 rpm with a full 56 degree wedge on Skytrak. I hit a few shots with a top flight one time for fun and was getting 3500ish rpm. Crazy the difference. Hard balls will run up the face and launch higher, though I never noted the difference.

X2 what cintigolfer said. Urethane covered balls spin a lot more. I am not picky about brands but I will only play with urethane balls because it spins a lot more.

I would guess its a combination of the ball and the strike. Likely a little high off the face. Also, are you hitting said golf balls in a cold garage by any chance? The cold effects spin quite a bit too.

The answer here is pretty simple. You've used 4 different sh*tty balls. Hit a Pro-v or chrome soft and report back.

Guarantee launch goes down spin goes up.
