I just found out that usb connect doesn't work with the iPad Pro. iPad gives you the message, "device requires too much power" when connected via usb connect(with lightning adapter)

The problem I'm having is that the wifi router where I have my sim setup is not compatible with ST. I went through the troubleshooting material and changed my network name to under 12 characters, no spaces or special characters etc and changed the default gateway IP address from 10.0.0.1 which apparently isn't compatible with ST. Now when I power up my ST at the location of my sim setup, ST goes into network mode but can't connect. Blinking green middle light. And the only way to get out of that state is to put a paper clip in the hole on the bottom of the ST and reset it. Then I can at least get into Direct mode and use the ST range app. I've been told by support that I need to get a different wifi router. It seems like all this mess really should have been sorted out long ago. It's not like ST was just released.
At home, where I have a different router, I have no problem connecting in Network mode. What I do have are 7 foot ceilings. BummerLast edited by Jon; 12-14-2017, 12:23 AM.
