Skytrak & TGC - Machine Spec

I've just purchased a Skytrak and arrives tomorrow, looking to get TGC as well so need to purchase a machine

Seen this spec (I'm in the UK)

Is this good enough to run TGC??

I am not specialist, but at the beginning of 2018 there will be a new version of TGC - TGC2. I do not know requirerments for new Version of TGC.
To avoid problems in the near future I ordered GTX 1060 with 6GB.
