License renewal issue

Remember back in February 2017 when the price to link with JNPG jumped from $100 to $200 due to requiring the Play & Improve package versus the Game Improvement package?

Well we were all promised that we’d be grandfathered in and the PIP plan would only cost us $100. We’d have an “Exclusive Upgrade Coupon” for as long as we owned our unit.

Well I went to renew and no such coupon was on my account. I tried to contact the customer service chat, but the guy couldn’t help me and now I have to call customer service tomorrow.

Is is anyone else having this issue? Do you need the PIP or is the GIP all you need to use JNPG?

Ya I think the issue is you buying the pip vs the gip. All you need is the gip to play. Of course I don’t play Jack Nicholson (lol), but it should be the same.

Gary is spot on. They changed it so that the middle $100 option works for sim use. See attached screenshots for verification

Ok thank you! Wish they wouldn’t have changed it in the first place. They must have cleared up their “compliance issue” then.

Pretty sure they didn’t want to have to pay WGT when users of other sim software don't use WGT.
