Skytrak app crashes on 2nd shot of session

Here's something odd that's happened to me 2 x 2 = 4 times in the last 2 days

(1) Get everything going, ST on, PC on, (direct USB connection established). Laser dot is on and I'm ready to go
(2) Shot 1: hit ball, see ball flight projected, see stats for shot, laser dot comes on again
(3) Shot 2: hit ball, see ball flight projected....................... then no shot stats - it freezes. No laser dot. Nothing happens - frozen.
(4) So far can find no other solution other than to close down app and then re-open it

For my last 2 sessions this has happened twice in a row, both times on the 2nd shot exactly as described above. Both times I restarted the app twice and on the third go everything was fine for the rest of the session. For me the app has never crashed before (I'm using the latest version BTW).

Has anybody else experienced this (in particular, ball flight displayed but no shot stats) ?

This has happened the last several times I've tried to use the PC app, using direct wifi connection. It freezes after one or two shots, right after a shot has finished, then doesn't return to the tee for the next shot. When I back out, it is stuck on searching for my authorization. On a different day, the skytrak app wouldn't open at all, kept on telling me my login wasn't correct (yet it was). Meanwhile, I had no problem playing my skytrak on JNPG on any of those days. I think something is buggy in regard to the latest app version and confirmation of user ID, or losing it mid-practice. Very irritating making the skytrak app unreliable and unusable for me - and I've never had this problem over the past year. I'm not sure whether I should uninstall and re-install, install an older version, or what?

I know this is an old thread but has anybody found a resolution to this issue. At the moment I can only use the skytrak on my phone app where it has no issues. When using the computer I can only get the stats and flight on the 1st ball. It looks like the unit won't arm for the next shot. I haven't tried it with the tgc Sim yet to see if the issue carries over.
