Bought the GI package now what ?

Got my Sky tak was trying to do basic setup hooked to network through wifi. GI package keeps saying not registered but I purchased that package how do I activate it ?

they send you an email with a code that you enter if I recall correctly

For me the procedure was as follows:

(1)I got an email from skygolf (donotreply@skygolf.com) reminding me to renew my subscription
(2) I clicked on the "renew now" link and paid up
(3) Soon after I got another email from skygolf with a clickable link to "ACTIVATE NOW". I clicked - it activated.

It worked fine for me.

I pre paid got the shipping order that verifies that got an email that says activate now when i click on that it says enter the esn code and submit but there is no code there and none was sent in the email.

Try the skygolf chat, they should be able to sort it out. They did for a few of us in the past.

Hmm...ESN is the serial number, so you could try just entering the serial number in that code field (on the bottom - REE*********). If that doesn't work, then definitely try chat or phone support. They will be able to get that GIP linked to your unit in no time. I'd help but I don't have access to that system

thanks for the help guy's. I was able to get the unit registered and it seems to be working good. I purchased the play and improve package the 199.00 choice. How do I get set up with WGT it is not listed in my choices on the ST Ipad app ? Do I go to the WGT site or should it be an option I can choose from the ST ipad app ? Sorry for all the questions, I am pretty good with a 5 iron but not so much with a computer. lol

You get the WGT app from the app store. I haven't done this in a while but I think you turn on the SkyTrak then start the WGT app. There maybe some info on the SkyTrak site.
