  • JNPG - Is there a demo?

Would like to try before I commit - is there a demo?

The best thing to do is purchase and install the game on Steam, which from what I understand you'll need anyway if you purchase the JNPG simulator subscription. You won't be able to play the game with your clubs without the simulator subscription, but you will at least be able to see how well it performs on your computer, what the graphics looks like, how accurate the ball physics are to your liking, etc. I wish they had a simulator demo, too! Good luck!

Is this for all the different platforms? I was assuming by the info that I read that it is for the gc2 only, but I would love to demo it for the ES16 if I could.

Where can I find the demo?

To purchase the demo it is located in the store tab I think it is called inside of the game. I think you have to own the steam version in order to purchase the demo, but I'm trying to confirm that. I have used the demo once with my ES16, but I already owned JNPG because I use it with my SkyTrak.

Word I got is yes you have to own the Steam version first, and it is not available for the SkyTrak.

I bought the downloadable version on Steam both because I heard you need to own it before you can purchase the sim subscription, as well as to experience the graphics and play etc. My business laptop has a wimpy discreet graphics card that was barely enough to run the game ok... although fans were going crazy the whole time lol. As a mouse driven video game it was mediocre, but I am crazy looking forward to getting my sim up and running to play it with clubs... it looks awesome. Bought a gaming PC too that will be dedicated to sim play / AV room.

It is super fun with Skytrak in sim mode. The online tour is awesome and there are plenty of people to play with online all the time.

I've heard the online tour on it is great from another person as well.... super stoked to try it out! I was also told that there are tons of user generated high quality courses out there as well... I was worried that the selection would be mediocre compared to TGC. Have you done much exploring of those Tmorelock?

gnomike, the online tour is great. plenty of courses, though not as many as tgc. but there are plenty. you can go to the tour website and see all the courses available for download.
            Working...
