I am trying to do something on my account that requires a customer service rep but the Live Support and Text Support are not available during hours that they're listed as open. They haven't been available for the past 5 working days despite the website listing. Anyone have any idea how I can get in touch with someone?

I’ve ran into this the last couple of days. Some of you know I recently sold my Skytrak. It’s my responsibility to transfer the GIP. The Skytrak arrived at the buyer yesterday and I had to tell him he couldn’t play his Skytrak. I feel terrible about it. Chat won’t/can’t transfer the license. Their support line says it’s down due to inclement weather. Head scratcher there, but what do I know. Seth said he might could get the ball rolling yesterday so hopefully he can help me out today. My buyer was good about it yesterday, but I’m afraid today may be a different story. I know I’d be pissed if I couldn’t play with my new toy.

Which number did you call? The only options I see on the website are the Live Support or the Text optionOriginally posted by GarySatterwhite View PostUpdate on this, I called the support number again earlier. Sat on hold for a solid 30 minutes, but go my stuff accomplished in the end.
