  • Skytrak/Skygolf login issue

    Are you guys having trouble logging in? Tried to login onto Skytrak app via mobile and pc, and getting the error that the password/login is incorrect. Went to the skygolf website to reset the password and I can't reset the password because my passwords don't match....they do though.

      I'm having problems too. The skytrak checks the license files fine, and the red dot shows up, but the skytrak app just says logging in. I can log in on the skygolf website just fine.

            I’m working fine. I will say that all these automatic Window 10 updates wreak havoc on my pc settings!! I lost my redundant monitor and spent about an hour to resolve it.............ugh. It was simply disabling and re-enabling the Intel graphics driver!!

              SkyTrak_Seth I’ve been having this login problem for a few months, multiple different versions, there was a suggestion from skytrak_seth to delete the SkyTrak folder, under “users/currentuser/local_low/“

              ive tried this a number of times and still have issues, so not sure what the issue is, at the end of the day it’s mildly annoying as it doesn’t save your settings, or log your stats to sky golf 360

                It annoys me I have to wait for it to login before I can use the range. I thought that was why they saved the license info on the skytrak. It is always slow for me. Usually less than a couple minutes, but still, that is annoying.

                  The only issue I run into is that somehow I have an email address and a username that skygolf/skytrak allows. If you mix between the two sometimes you can an error message complaining about its not the last login you used.

                    The only thing I can think of is that the server was down or experiencing problems. It does happen from time to time, but shouldn't be a regular occurrence. If it doesn't resolve by the next day, then I would certainly contact support, especially with the reset password issue.

                      I played TGC19 for a couple of hours, closed it down, and now I just want to practice but ST won't get past logging in message over the screen where I can clearly see it did log in. All lights are green and it's ready for me to hit...I just can't get to the menu.

                      Same for me what the heck?! For TGC interface the lights go green and the laser comes on but its just stuck "connecting..". skytrak is stuck "logging in..".
