I loaded e6 demo got it to run the first time it loaded. Some what when it loaded, got connection error currently unable to connect to e6 cloud servers. Please try again later all offline features are still available as guest player. Went in was able to use putting and chipping along with driving range. Couldn’t play course shut down for the day. Next time trying to login to e6 app all I got was errors. One error was tracking system error skytrak is not authorized computer name = desktop-G2pinL4 e6 will now exit and it would shut down. Start again more errors authorization error internet licensing info is corrup. Simulator Id = 23314 e6 will now exit. Chatted with skytrak help only thing I got out of that was to uninstall e6 and load again, did this but no luck with that. Did install again today 1/20/2018 got same errors, but for some reason after many try’s it loaded. This time was able to get all the way to login the play icon lit up load course could set different things do fly overs. Could not play didn’t connect to skytrak. Can this be a internet problem, I have AT&T U-verse using wi-fi with a netgear wi-if range extender, works great for skytrak app never have any trouble with it. Would sure appreciate any help I can get from members.

By chance did you change the date on your PC in order to extend the amount of time you could use the trial? Back when E6 came out with ST support I changed the date on my computer and eventually figured out that the SSL connection to the server wasn't working because the date wasn't accurate.

Thanks jrz for your help, no I didn’ t reset date. After I downloaded 1st time completely removed it from computer. Had to download the software a 2nd time, so trugolf may think i’am trying to load to different computer, so they are blocking it. I have read on forum that other’s have had trouble running it also.
