Should be able to set up a game with a password in order to keep others out I believe.

A new question - if I'm setting up a game for my buddies who are with me - how do I keep online golfers from joining my game? This happened to me repeatedly when setting up the game to verify it functioned correctly and I just exited the game and restarted - tried to add my 8 players fast before some online person joined.
Add a password when setting it up.

My advice would be to Google JNPG tour and get to the appropriate forum from there. Jnpg is a competing software to TGC,which GSF has a vested interest in. The guys on the other forum will get you any help you may need in the future.

I can tell you this, if you try to play an 8 man game you better pack a lunch. I played with 3 friends at my house one day and it took forever...pretty much the same amount of time as a real round of golf. Part of it was none of us being familar yet with the putting. Now I play with just one person over and it takes about 2 hours to get through a round. Just my $.02.

Yes it will definitely take more time until everyone gets used to the art of playing inside and used to the software. But it definitely does get better.

Couple of my buddies will spend forever lining up a shot as if they are trying to win The Masters....

Just Autoputt. Guests are not going to "get" sim putting anyway in one day.

No way....that's how I beat them!!!! I play 36 holes a day with putting when I'm home, it's my advantage over my buds.

I'm thinking of buying a used sky track that already has the Jack Nicholas and the Game improvement software trying to figure out if it will be transferable upon purchase or if it is a game ran through steam? how do you actually connect to the software any idea a of a work around for this? Do you login using an email and PW? thanks for the help

I think JNPG for simulators will stop all together in August 2020 so I wouldn’t base my purchase solely around JNPG. Not sure if they figured out a work around for after august but last I heard that was the end.
