Does anyone have an idea of how long it usually takes them to test a unit? Mine stopped reading right handed shots and I sent it in to be tested.

Got tired of waiting for a response from them and used the chat on the SkyGolf site. They directed me to call SkyTrak who couldn't tell me anything more than it had arrived a particular day last week when I know it was delivered the day before that. No biggie there but the rep on the phone suggested I call back Friday for an update. Not getting the warm and fuzzies on this. -
Their telephone customer service is horrendous. But hopefully they get it straightened out for you. Sounds like one of the laser curtains is malfunctioning.Comment
