    HI

    Skytrak fan,

    but just wanted to let people know that Skytrak doesn't default back to the Basic driving range package when your subscription expires automatically.


    Instead, you get an annoying message saying you have 15 days to renew your subscription, this is after your subscription has expired already.

    Direct mode doesn't work till you renew or contact customer service to down grade back to basic driving range package, I guess.


    I will renew, since i'm a skytrak fan, but i just don't like the idea of being forced to renew or face hassle.

    I noticed the app becomes very slow and unresponsive as well.

    Just wanted to share the GOOD & BAD with everyone.

      Just an update,

      SKytrak doesn't default back to the Basic package, but its simple to RENEW back to the Basic package through your sky golf account.
      Not much hassle and no need to contact customer service etc.

      I got it WRONG, there is NO BAD with Skytrak only GOOD!

          I have the same problem, big pain. I tried to renew just the basic driving range on sky golf but it won’t let me checkout all the way because it says invalid credit card even though it says I don’t need to submit any payment. In the meantime I have a useless $2000 box.

          This is a known problem they never fixed. I think it’s a ploy to get people to renew the GIP to get it to work. I didn’t use the GIP very much at all
