Wondering if anyone else had experienced this and course of action needed;
Yesterday while playing in Offline Mode, I would get a couple of holes in then shots would stop registering? Red dot is showing/ all lights on the Skytrak are green/ but red dot won't will not go away once I hit a ball. Every now and then just ghost swinging the club through the dot goes away and comes back, but still wont register shots after?
I played three different courses, and happened on hole 6-9 on each course. One time, I went into the TGC/Skytrak interface and reconnected the box which seemed to work for a couple shots, then it did it again. The two other times the interface still showed the box as being connected.
Computer meets all the specs (Alienware purchased 2 years ago), Skytrak is hardwired to computer.
Thinking this should be my course of action;
1) It has been a couple of months since either computer/skytrak have been connected to the internet, thinking updates could be out there and maybe help this problem?
2) Possibly try a wireless connection between computer and skytrak?
*FYI, I know I am missing out on most of the fun in Offline mode, however it's my only option at the moment. Would be awesome if I could pick courses to download for offline mode, but that's another topic.
