I suppose I could add it out there again...you mean just for an aim point? Do you have the center line turned on?

Yes, I use the center line.

I was using it for distance control when teeing off with longer irons, hybrids, etc. Was really useful.

I use the center line for dispersion.

raido31 or Ykaar , no pressure, but if you're willing to help us get to the bottom of your issue, can you please do the following:

1) Install 64-bit PC version
2) Open app
3) After a minute or two of not connecting on the dashboard, go to Profile>About>Send Logs>Send Current Log.
4) This will open a window with the log highlighted.
5) Email this log, as well as "output_log.txt" in that same folder, to logs@skytrakgolf.com. Make sure to note in the subject (Win 10 - doesn't connect)
6) Finally, in that same email, please include your computer specs.

Tried both 32 bit and 64 bit. Both crashed/froze (not responding). Tried to go back to the previous version and now I get some Unity error. iOS update worked fine. I can’t get any of my previously downloaded versions to work so basically my SkyTrak is unusable at the moment unless I want to airplay from iOS. Not sure what the problem is.

Can you please share what the error is for Unity? You can also try to open the program and then go to C:\Users\Current User\App Data\Local Low|SkyTrak\SkyTrak. In there, find the file output_log.txt. Attach that to an email to logs@skytrakgolf.com. Make sure to title the email - v3.2 Unity Error.

*Also, make sure you are installing as administrator

had issues with the 64 bit. downloaded the 32 and it worked great.

regarding the new wedge matrix... would it be possible to build this around percentages instead of 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1/1? my setup is 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100% of power, which is a little bit smaller increments for each wedge. Customizing the percentage goals would be AWESOME, as would adding a small round green to each of the target distances. instead of a bag mapping, what if the wedge matrix was a challenge instead or in addition?

Not sure if it’s a bug or not but when on the driving range and you click on the skytrak logo at the top left of the screen it launches the ball.

That's always been there for demonstration purposes

Just open the app with an internet connection and let it sync the data - it will all come back down.

This hasn't worked unfortunately. Any other ideas?

just used this version... has worked for about 30mins then crashed. could be a number of reasons, but last version didn't have any. no misreads to really speak of, just a really bad shank that i don't think the human eye could even follow! hopefully the club data is coming soon!

im on PC... so far so good. have only played it another 2 times. for about 20mins each. no crash. setup has remained the same. always is the same... garage setup that does not ever change. ill try get more than 30 mins next time to see if its more a time thing. im always connected via USB also

Good stuff. Tried the Wedge Matrix. Had 3 shots where ball launched easily 40-50 degrees LA but ST captured them as 0 degree LA? Small bug?

Wow, that shouldn't even be possible. If it happens again, can you post a picture of the data?

When you go to your profile, does it say data synced? Does it ever go to "sync in progress"? (I'm assuming you are logged into the app). If you go to SkyGolf 360, does it show your data there?

Like some others, when I downloaded the 64 bit version, it wouldn't work - specifically mine would not recognize/find the Skytrak upon opening the app. I then installed the 32 bit version and it worked immediately. USB connection.

really like wedge matrix - really happy with the effort that is going into updating the app.

The one issue I can't seem to figure out is the misreads. While not many (maybe 1 in 20 or so), it is always on a flushed shot. It's not that all flushed shots aren't read, it's just that every misread is a flushed shot. Whenever I hit that absolutely pured shot while waiting the couple of seconds for it to read, I always think to myself - is this one isn't going to read? Sure enough though, if I don't catch it perfectly, it reads virtually every single time. Very strange.
