Even if you can revert back to v3.2.1, not sure you can undo the firmware update though? That's why would really like to hear from SkyTrak what this latest firmware (and software) update is all about - besides just "General Hardware Optimizations". Thanks.

Do they not test these updates they release? I mean, it seems like 3.2.2 broke for the vast majority(myself included) of people on here.

My son just updated us to 3.2.2 32bit. The software would not connect to skytrak any more. Just reverted to 3.2.1 64bit. We still had it in our download directory and all is well again.

Actually, no need. I contacted skytrak tech support this morning via online chat. They were able to fix the problem in 2 minutes. Very annoying that a software update broke things, but, once I contacted customer support, they were in top of it .

SkyTrak_Seth and all at SkyTrak, I have a suggestion. Since this forum has quite a few very informative and knowledgeable users of SkyTrak, maybe you guys can start a program where you beta test each release w SkyTrak users on this forum. We leave it to you to provide "credits" to each user providing feedbacks and/or finding bugs in beta releases before you do a full release. This way you are much more likely to have a less or non buggy release and you can allow beta users providing feedbacks and/or finding bugs to use their "credits" for discounts on future GIP renewals, etc.?

Mine, all updated, has worked just fine. However, after a mess of no reads of chips and putts, I tried placing the ball outside and back of the red spot. It was amazing the result...chips read perfectly and putts ran on the intended line. No more misreads!
