I'm trying to get my new SkyTrak set up and want to use it with my Surface Pro4. I can not get it to connect. I got frustrated and downloaded the app to my phone and it connects to that perfectly but it simply will not connect to my laptop. I select the SkyTrak from the wifi connections, it says it's connected but the lights stay red. Went through the same process with my iphone and it connected with no issues and was up and running in under two minutes. What am I doing wrong with my laptop? I've been at it for over an hour and its driving me nuts!!
I don't have any of the correct kit to run the projector from my phone or an ipad so want to get it working with my surface as I have all the cables ready. I'll also upgrade to a gaming laptop or tower if I buy one of the games in future too so need to get it connected this way.
I've disabled firewalls but I'm at a loss for what to try next.
