JNPG seeing Skytrack unit

I am in the same boat. I have purchased JNPG(premium), have the game improvment package and bought JNPG on Steam. I tried in USB and Network mode. I have the unit on. Start up JPNG in steam. Go to settings/controls and am unable to choose simulator mode. I am assuming JNPG does not see thw skytrak. Been trying for a couple hours now. Any help appreciated.

It's confusing because you think you need to change the bottom two settings but what you need to do is change the second one, mouse swing or something in order change the greyed out one to skytrak .

Yes, I did make sure a round wasn’t being played. I’m wondering if it takes time after purchasing to register or should it be instant

As you can see by this thread. I had the same.

I went Skytrack online support on the Skycaddie page and got friendly instant response..


My problem was that I loaded the 64bit Skytrack software on my system.
They told me to uninstall that and load the Skytrack 32bit instead.

JNPG instantly found my Skytrack in Simulater mode and worked

So I made the plunge to buy JNPG tonight for Skytrak before the deadline and tried the Skytrak provided instruction and run into something I don't understand. First I could not get the Simulation mode to switch to USB like baldieUK so can never connect to Skytrak. After trying it for many times doing the same thing, I finally get it working, but the Simulation mode is still set to None, not USB, but the unit is working. What does it mean???? I got to say getting it to the working point was not easy.
