    3.2.1 release

SkyTrak_Seth please help! I upgraded the newest 3.2.1 release this morning and I am struggling mightily. At first I wasn’t able to get any shots to read. So I hard closed the app and turned the ST off. My second attempt I was only able to see 1 out of 20 shots, the rest were no reads. Nothing has changed on my end, same golfer, clubs, balls, and set up. Finally left it alone to go play IRL. Beyond frustrating!

Came back from playing IRL and attempted another practice round. This time I was able to get 44/55 shots to read correctly.

that is still 20% misreads... is that normal? Im just finishing up my sim and 20% misreads would not make me super happy

I had a better practice session yesterday with not very many 'no reads'. I am not able to look up how many shots I hit yesterday, but I would guess around 100. Yesterday it seemed like the only time I had a 'no read', it was my fault, such as when I severely topped the ball.

I'm sorry you ran into an issue with the upgrade. This is really bizarre...the only change in v3.2.1 was to fix the slider for target #8 in the Skills Assessment. I was going to suggest deleting the app and reinstalling fresh, but it looks like it somehow resolved itself??

Yeah, very weird! Another issue I have noticed is around change of daylight. If I start a practice session while the sun is up and the session goes through dusk and night-time the ST will stop reading shots and I have to close everything and restart. Mind you, I use a detached garage where my caddy view is a window facing West. Should the change in ambient light effect the ST?

If the window is facing west, then it would make sense that the sun would be coming directly in as it approaches dusk. If the launch monitor is facing that window, then it could pose a problem. Think of it like taking a picture, you would never want to take a picture of someone with the sun directly behind them.

Not to pile on here, but I've completed my stress reducing breathing and I'm still agitated. I recently upgraded from the wonderful beta and now 2 BIG issues. Both in the practice range:
                1. Cannot select a club. The screen changes back to the range after I select a club, but no club is selected.
                2. Session option are not available. I select Session options and nothing happens(Is this related to issue 1?).
                edit - 32 bit windows version 3.2.1.

I face the window at address and the ST faces East, so the back of the ST gets the sunlight.

Hmmm, can you try deleting the app cache: C:\Users|Current User\App Data\Local Low - delete the SkyTrak folder in there. Then relaunch the application.

I just tested on my end with a fresh install with no trouble

It's possible that maybe the sun is then making the background of the image too bright (like behind you). Do you have any objects opposite that window that might be illuminated by direct/harsh sunlight?
