All hits failed

I used SKYTRAK since november, 2017 in WIFI mode.

Until yesterday i don’t have big problems.

I can’t use release 3.2.2, both 32 & 64 which don’t find SKYTRAK unit.

I’m back to 3.2.1 which was fine.

Since this morning i don’t get any measurment : the 3 leds are green, connection is ok but when i hit ball the tree leds stay green.
I try différent speed, light, tee, but without success.

Chargin is 85%.
Problem is same in USB mode.

Similar problem. Do you have WGT? In the app you can actually see if skytrak is calculating a shot whereas the skytrak app provides no feedback at all. I have no advice other than to call skytrak and send the device in, which is what I’ve just done. I have researched all the solutions here, solicited feedback and got creative. Nothing worked. I had zero reads displayed. My shots were calculated but the data was not translating to the apps. Otherwise I’m only using an iPad 2 and iPhone 7. Good luck!

Try switching it to the opposite hand that you are currently using and see if that picks up any shots. I had the same a few months ago it wouldn't pick up any shots in right hand mode , when I switched to left hand mode and hit a few gentle chips it picked them all up. If it's that works the laser curtain could be shot and it will need to be sent back for a fairly expensive repair.

Where to repair this unit?

Had the same thing happen. Was using it for months with the occasional misreads. I used it the other morning all was good. Then updated to the new software and now it will not read any hits. Tried all the stuff you have tried still nothing. From Ipad to the PC and using network and USB. Find it strange that all of sudden it would be bad after an update on the same day?

Does Perfect golf use anything from Skytrak software. It will not register shots now either. Was there a firmware update also to the skytrak?

Skygolf states “it has been determined by our technicians that the Skytrak unit is in need of a Flash PCBA (Board) RS2SA-FL3B, accelerometer recalibration”.

Yeah was not expecting that, just looking to practice and play again soon.

Unit 2-years old, had motherboard replaced already.

Have to say customer service experience good thus far.

Unfortunate my “no reads” were a hardware problem and not set-up or software.
