SkyGolf 360 capped at 10k lifetime shots?

Does anyone notice that SkyGolf 360 now caps lifetime shots at 10k shots?

Yeah, I just saw that too. At one point within the past couple of months it showed I had over 11k shots. I even posted about it where I indicated how much money I saved due to the cost of that many balls at the driving range.

So what happens when you reach 10k? It rolls over and starts again, it stops working?

Interesting! Ours quit working several months ago, and I've been on live chat and phone several times to figure out what was wrong and nobody has been able to tell me anything. So I guess we reached 10k. That kind of sucks if you ask me. It was nice to go back and review sessions online. But the weird thing was that the last time they called me about it ( a week or so ago), they could see the latest sessions on their end but still nothing showing up on skygolf360.......well i just checked and mine is back up working. It says 10000 shots but the latets sessions are showing up for the first time in a long time

I am not sure what's up, I tried to go into the calendar and it wouldn't allow me to choose anything older than January 16th, 2018. I just got my ST on Christmas day, so there should be at least another 20 sessions to choose from.

I noticed that too. The last time I checked I had 10000 shots. The time before I had 24k+ shots.

Does it have anything to do with expired Skygolf 360 membership?

Ack...I was on vacation when this thread was started. I wasn't aware of that change. I'm sure they are just filtering it on the front end. Let me see what I can do.

Ok, as I suspected, they are just limiting the display. Apparently it had to do with load time and I know they are doing a lot of work under the hood. But don't worry, your shots are still there.
