skytrak upgrade 3.2.2

Help!
Second upgrade I have done and both times results in problems.
TGC works fine. But skytrak programme shows "not connected"
Before upgrades it all worked fine.
I have a PC and have tried a 32 bit as well. Trying to connect with USB cable.
Can't remember how I fixed the problem last time I tried so many things, maybe it was pulling my hair out that did it.
ps. I have owned skytrak for 6 months and absolutely love it. For the money it is incredible.
But this upgrade business drives me insane. Doesn't help that I am not tech minded.

Hi, you need to contact the helpdesk, they helped me with the same ussue, took only 10min or so, cheers

Yes customer services emailed with a link to upgrade visual basic. Problem solved.
