Skytrak and WGT tips please!

hello! Bought a skytrak last week and am working out all the kinks and could use some suggestions!

1. Putting- in WGT and the range it will not register my putts and I’m out of ideas. I have tried probably 50 times and not one has registered. Tips?

2. Driver- where do I place the tee? I have tried and few different spots and it shows a very very low launch angle . My woods are very similar where they maybe go 15 feet off the ground.

In WGT when in course play mode, ensure that you see the putting grid. If you do not see a grid, the software may not recognize a putt. I assume you have figured this out. Otherwise you may have to toggle the club vs chip/putt option when green side. My feedback may not help you solve for the putting practice mode in WGT. I haven’t used it. I also auto accept putt scores 80-90% of the time when playing a round.

For the driver, I found having the ball about a quarter inch directly behind the red dot on a tee was more than sufficient for data and and 99.9% successful read rates. Ensure that the base of your unit is level to your golf mat. If the device is not set at the same height, some users have experienced data accuracy issues, or at least the perception of.
