  • Connection Issues?

    I get setup on the range or Practice Area. Hit a shot and the top light goes from green to red and no shot is registered. Eventually the top 2 lights go red but after 30 seconds or so all are back to green.

    Early in the session I was able to hit some shots but it took forever for the shot to register (20 second'ish) but now nothing. It was also very touchy when I would address the ball. The laser would go off and not kick back on for 10 to 15 seconds which is odd.

    Tried rebooting twice but it did not solve the issue. Any clues as to what is going wrong?

    Gave up on it for the night. I disconnected the second Wi-Fi stick used to connect to the internet and the SkyTrak started acting normally for about 5 shots and then stopped. Connected the 2nd USB Wi-Fi stick again and it worked for about 10 shots. Then it stopped for a small time but came back up pretty quickly. Worked for 8ish more shots then the same thing. That's enough frustration for 1 night.

      Doesn't sound like a Skytrak problem. Try direct mode and see if it helps. Usually that's the less reliable method but it'll rule out any issues with your connection.
