  • Help withconnection

    trying to connect to iPad. Been working all morning trying to get it connected. iPad and SkyTrak app up to date. Worked fine yesterday. both top lights are red and bottom one is yellow. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I've done the reset button on the bottom and still nothing. Any other tricks I don't know about...Thanks.

    Red-Red-Yellow isn't even a possibility according to the user guide. Contact customer support.

      It is and was..fixed it though. Connected to direct mode and then back to network.
