    Repair Time

I sent my ST in for light curtain repair March 2nd. I just got an email today saying it was repaired and on the way back, that's pretty incredible turn around time! Just thought I would share in case anyone else is on the fence about getting a repair done. I think it was around 260 bucks for inspection, repair, recalibration, and shipping cost back. Really good experience with the whole process.

Nice to know! Thanks for sharing. Would be nice to hear others' stories, but I'm sure they're already posted on here somewhere.

I sent my unit back for a laser replacement after owning a refurbished one for two months. It took about two weeks for them to order in the part and make the repair. Everything was covered under the warranty and it went very smoothly... except for the postal service deciding to return to sender after one delivery attempt.

How old was your ST when you needed to send it in?

Good to know they have their service up to snuff. I've heard that Foresight is hit or miss (also part of the factor into why I didn't spend the extra money)

Speaking specifically to the repair portion, was it just a light curtain that was fixed or were there other issues found? I thought I'd seen here on the forums that the cost was ~$180 or so...

Just the light curtain, nothing else was wrong with it.
